更昔洛韦治疗中老年带状疱疹疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Ganciclovir on Herpes Zoster in Middle-aged and Elderly People

目的:分析更昔洛韦治疗中老年带状疱疹的疗效。方法:选取2014年2月-2015年2月在广东省怀集县人民医院进行治疗的134例中老年带状疱疹患者,且所有患者根据治疗方案分为2组。其中67例患者予以阿昔洛韦静脉滴注,作为对照组;67例患者予以更昔洛韦静脉滴注,作为观察组;观察比较2组的疗效。结果:对照组治疗总有效率为86.6%与观察组的97.0%比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者无论是疼痛减轻、止疱、止痛时间还是结痂、皮损痊愈的时间,均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者无明显的不良反应发生。结论:更昔洛韦治疗中老年带状疱疹,安全可行。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ganciclovir treatment of herpes zoster in middle-aged and elderly people. Methods The 134 patients with herpes zoster in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were chosen. All patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment. Among them 67 patients were treated with intravenous acyclovir, as the control group; 67 patients with intravenous ganciclovir, as the observation group. Then the curative clinical effect of two groups were compared. Results The total curative clinical effect of the control group and the observation group were 97.0 % and 86.6 % respectively. Pain relief, blisters, pain time or crusting and skin lesions heal time of observation group were significantly shorter than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） . All two groups did not happen obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion The use of ganciclovir to treat herpes zoster in the middle-aged and elderly people is safe and practicable.
