摘要 目的:优选乳癖康糖浆提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验和多指标试验全概率公式评分法,以盐酸小檗碱含量、浸膏得率二指标考察乳癖康糖浆提取工艺的最优条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为A2B2C3D2,即加8倍量水煎煮提取2次,每次2 h。结论:该工艺合理,稳定可行,适用于工业化大生产。 Objective To optimize the extraction process of Rupikang Syrup. Methods The extraction process was optimized using orthogonal test by multi-index test total probability formula scoring method with the contents of bebeerine hydrochloride and the dried decocting rates. Result The best extraction process was A2B2C3D2, i.e. extracting for 2 times by water, the volume of which was 8 times the weight of herbal medicine, with 2 hour for each time. Conclusion The above extraction procedure is reasonable, stable and feasible, and applicable to the industry manufacture.
