海南省2011-2013年暗娼人群HIV相关知识、行为及感染状况调查

Survey on AIDS related knowledge, behaviors and infectious conditions among female sex workers in Hainan during 2011-2013

目的通过对海南省2011—2013年艾滋病监测哨点暗娼人群艾滋病相关知识、行为及艾滋病/梅毒/丙肝感染状况进行调查分析,为今后做好海南省艾滋病疫情估计以及制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法按照《全国艾滋病哨点监测实施方案操作手册》要求,采用分层随机抽样方法对海南省暗娼人群进行问卷调查和血清学检测。结果2011—2013年共调查暗娼4 850人,艾滋病总体知识知晓率为81.55%,其中2011、2012和2013年艾滋病知识知晓率分别为77.52%、80.82%和86.30%;最近一次商业性行为安全套使用率80.45%,其中2011、2012和2013年使用安全套率分别为76.94%、79.06%和85.10%;最近一个月商业性行为每次都使用安全套率为62.49%;其中2011、2012和2013年最近一个月商业性行为每次都使用安全套率分别为56.43%、61.56%和69.09%;HIV、梅毒、丙肝抗体阳性率分别为0.06%、2.21%和0.35%。结论海南省暗娼人群艾滋病知识知晓率以及安全套使用率均逐年提高,最近一次商业性行为使用安全套比例较高,但最近一个月商业性行为每次都使用安全套比例还较低;艾滋病和丙肝抗体阳性率低,梅毒抗体阳性率高,今后应继续加强性病艾滋病的宣传干预和安全套的推广使用,控制性病和艾滋病的传播。

Objective To understand the HIV/AIDS related knowledge, behaviors, and infectious conditions of HIV,syphilis, and hepatitis C among female sex workers（FSWs） in Hainan during 2011-2013, and to provide scientific evidencesfor AIDS epidemic estimation and intervention measures. Methods According to the manual of national AIDS sentinelsurveillance protocol, the questionnaire survey and serological tests were conducted among the FSWs with stratified randomsampling. Results A total of 4 850 FSWs were enrolled in the study from 2011 to 2013 with an overall HIV/AIDS awarenessrate of 81.55%. The awareness rates of AIDS related knowledge in 2011,2012 and 2013 were 77.52%, 80.82% and 86.30%respectively with a overall rate of 81.55%. The rates of using condoms in the last commercial sex behavior among FSWs in2011,2012 and 2013 were 76.94%,79.06% and 85.10% respectively. The rates of consistent condom use in every commercialsex during the latest month in 2011,2012 and 2013 were 56.43%, 61.56% and 69.09% respectively with an overall rate of62.49%. The positive rate of HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis C were 0.06%, 2.21% and 0.35%, respectively. Conclusions Theawareness rate of AIDS related knowledge and the rate of condoms use among FSWs increased from 2011 to 2013 in Hainan.The rate of condoms use in the last commercial sex was relatively high, whereas that in every commercial sex behavior duringthe latest month was relatively low. The positive rate of HIV and hepatitis C were relatively low, while that of syphilis was high.More efforts should be made to promote health education on AIDS and condom use to control the transmission of HIV and othersexual transmitted diseases.
