宫颈癌组织中KISS-1、VEGF的表达及意义 被引量:4

Expression and significance of KISS-1 and VEGF in cervical cancer

摘要 目的研究肿瘤转移抑制基因KISS-1和血管内皮生长因子VEGF在宫颈癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测50例宫颈癌组织、50例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)组织及50例正常宫颈组织中KISS-1及VEGF的表达,分析其与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果在宫颈癌组、CIN组和正常宫颈组中,KISS-1蛋白的阳性表达率分别为24.0%、74.0%、94.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF在宫颈癌组、CIN组及正常宫颈组中的阳性表达率分别为80.0%、48.0%、14.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两者的表达均与宫颈癌的临床分期、病理分级无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 KISS-1的低表达及VEGF的高表达可能在宫颈癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用,与肿瘤的侵袭、转移有关,联合检测两者有助于宫颈癌的早期诊断。 Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of tumor metastasis suppressor gene(KISS- 1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in cervical cancer tissues. Methods The expressions of KISS-1 and VEGFwere detected in 50 cases with cervical carcinoma tissues, 50 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)tissues and 50 cases of normal cervical tissues using immunohistochemistry. The relationship between its expression and clinical pathologicalcharacteristics of cervical tissues was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of KISS- 1 protein were 24.0% in thegroup cervical cancer, 74.0% in group CIN, and 94.0% in group normal cervical tissues, respectively. The differences in therates were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The positive expression rate of VEGF were 80.0% in group cervical cancer, 48.0%in group CIN, and 14.0% in group normal cervical tissues, respectively. The differences in the rates were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The expression has no correlation with the clinical stage and pathologic stage of cervical cancer(P〈0.05).Conclusion The low expression of KISS- 1 and the high expression of VEGF may play an important role in the process ofthe occurrence and development of cervical cancer, and it is also associated with the invasion and metastasis of tumors. Thedetection for both of them will be helpful in the early diagnosis of cervical cancer.
