ELISA试剂盒检测血清囊虫IgG抗体的临床应用

Clinical application of ELISA kit in detection of anti-Cysticercus IgG antibody

目的对血清囊虫IgG抗体ELISA检测试剂盒进行临床应用评价,为临床应用提供参考。方法收集门诊及住院患者血清标本1 280例,采用ELISA法检测血清囊虫IgG抗体。结果根据801例有明确诊断的标本的检测结果,得到该检测的灵敏度为86.67%(13/15),特异性为91.48%(719/786),阳性预测值为16.25%,阴性预测值为99.72%。结论此血清囊虫IgG抗体ELISA检测试剂盒适用于临床初筛,阴性结果基本可排除囊虫病;阳性结果可为临床提供参考,需做进一步检查并结合临床病史诊断及治疗。

Objective To evaluate the value of ELISA kit in detection of anti-cysticercus IgG antibody so as to providebasis for clinical application of this method. Methods Totally 1 280 serum samples from patients in West China Hospitalwere collected and ELISA kit was used to detect the anti-cysticercus IgG antibody. Results As 801 serum specimens wereconfirmed by definite clinical diagnosis, the sensitivity, specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value ofthis method were 86.67%（13/15）, 91.48%（719/786）, 16.25%and 99.72%,respectively. Conclusion ELISA kit can be usedas a method to preliminarily screen the cysticercosis,but further examination and clinical history should be combined toconfirmed the infection.
