Investigation of the first epidemic outbreak of human brucellosis in Ezhou city

目的对鄂州市首起人间布鲁氏菌病聚集性疫情进行调查分析,为制定有效防控策略提供依据。方法依据现场流行病学调查处置情况分析。结果针对传染源、传播途径,易感人群和畜群三个环节,采取综合防制措施,疫情得到有效控制。结论加强牲畜检疫,加强人间布病监测,加强卫生和农业部门在管理的各个阶段紧密合作是布鲁氏菌病防控的关键。

Objective To investigate the first epidemic outbreak of human brucellosis in Ezhou so as to provide basis formaking prevention and control strategies. Methods Field epidemiology was used to investigate the epidemic situation ofbrucelosis.Results The epidemic situation was effectively controlled by carrying out comprehensive measures targeted atinfection sources,transmission routes, susceptible people and livestock.Conclusion To strengthen livestock quarantine,humanbrucellosis surveillance, and cooperation of different department of the government were the key measures to control brucellosis.
