云南通海县禽间H5N1禽流感暴发疫情的现场处置及效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析云南通海县发生的H5N1禽流感农场暴发疫情的流行情况,探讨有效防控措施。方法对养殖场的禽类进行扑杀和无害化处理,对密切接触人员隔离和医学观察,开展不明原因肺炎病例主动搜索,加强暴露人员防护,采集流感样病例和暴露者的咽拭子标本,通过荧光RT-PCR方法检测。结果有效控制此次禽间H5N1禽流感疫情,标本检测H5N1禽流感病毒核酸均为阴性,密切接触人员无流感样临床症状。结论此次H5N1禽流感动物暴发疫情,通过卫生和农业两部门积极采取措施,疫情得到控制,方法有效,未发生人感染病例。 Objective To survey, analyze and disposal the H5N1 avian influenza in farm outbreak, and to explore theeffective prevention and control measures. Methods The poultry in farms were killed and disposaled, close contact personnelwere isolated and under medical observation, unexplained pneumonia disease were searched, and the exposed personnelprotection were strengthened, ultimately, pharyngeal swab specimens were collected in influenza- like cases and exposurepersons,and then tested with fluorescent RT-PCR. Results This H5N1 avian influenza outbreak was effectively controlled.Every specimen of avian influenza H5N1 nucleic acids was negative, and no close contact personnel with flu-like symptoms.Conclusion The animal outbreak of H5N1 avian influenza was effectively controlled by health and agricultural departments.The method is effective in this epidemic situation, no people are infected.
