摘要
该文围绕护理硕士专业学位研究生的临床能力评价这一问题,从评价形式和评价指标两个方面,阐述了国内外的相关具体实践。强调了形成性评价与总结性评价相结合,并分析了目前关于临床能力评价指标的各种观点以及国内外的异同。
For elaborating the clinical competence assessment in master of nursing specialist(MNS) programs,this article summarizes the models and index of clinical com- petence assessment in MSN programs at home and abroad. The combination of forma- tive assessment and summative assessment is emphasized. Meanwhile,the authors ana- lyze the current various ideas as well as the similarities and differences at home and abroad about clinical competence evaluation index.
