我院门诊中成药处方调查分析

Investigation on outpatient prescription of Chinese patent medicines using in our hospital

目的了解青岛大学附属医院门诊中成药临床使用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法随机抽取青岛大学附属医院2015年1—3月门诊开具的中成药处方900张,进行处方审核和统计学分析。结果 900张中成药处方中存在不合理用药现象112张(12.5%),主要包括重复用药、超剂量超疗程用药、未辨证施治用药、中西药不合理联用、超适应证用药等问题。结论我院的门诊中成药使用存在问题较多。需要药师加强中医药知识与临床应用之间的对接,把好处方审核关;加强与临床医师的沟通。临床医师特别是西医师有必要进一步学习传统中医药知识,遵循中医理论,更好地使用中成药。

Objective To investigate the situation of outpatient prescription of Chinese patent medicines using in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University,in order to improve rational drug use on clinic. Methods A total of 900 prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines were selected in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from January to March 2015,prescription audit was done and statistical analysis was conducted for the final results. Results Irrational drug use had 112 prescriptions in Chinese patent medicines,accounted for 12. 5%,including repetition of drug use,drug overdose or super treatment,drug selection not conform to treatment based on syndrome differentiation,unreasonable combination of traditional Chinese medicine and chemical drugs. Conclusion There are many problems in the situation of outpatient prescription of Chinese patent medicines useing. It is suggested to strengthen the abutment between knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical application,and improve prescription checking quality; develop communication of pharmacist and physicians. Physicians are necessary to learn knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,follow the theories of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical practice,to use Chinese patent medicine better.
