摘要
目的探讨精细化药房管理模式在医院门诊药房工作方面的作用。方法回顾分析2013年7月-2014年3月该院采取的传统药房管理模式的患者上报差错率及满意度评分情况。并与2014年4月-2014年12月该院门诊药房在采取的精细化管理模式下患者满意度及上报差错率情况进行对比分析。结果传统药房管理模式的满意度评分低于精细化药房管理模式,上报差错率高于精细化管理模式,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院门诊药房采取精细化药房管理模式不仅工作效率显著提高,差错率降低,而且患者满意度高,值得推广。
Objective To explore the role of fine pharmacy management mode for hospital outpatient pharmacy.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the patients reported error rate and satisfaction scores by traditional pharmacy management mode from July 2013 to March 2014,and compared with the patients reported error rate and satisfaction scores by fine management mode from April 2014 to December 2014 in the hospital pharmacy. Results The satisfaction scores of traditional pharmacy management mode was lower than fine pharmacy management moda,the reporting error rate was higher than the fine management mode,the differences were statistically significant( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Hospital outpatient pharmacy take fine pharmacy management model not only significantly improve the efficiency,reduce error rate,and patient satisfaction is high,it is worth promoting.
