银杏达莫注射液治疗老年冠心病疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect of yinxingdamo injection in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary artery disease

目的观察银杏达莫注射液治疗老年冠心病的临床效果。方法选取医院2013年6月-2014年6月收治的老年冠心病患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。2组患者均按照冠心病常规方法进行治疗。在此基础上治疗组给予银杏达莫注射液20ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉滴注,对照组给予复方丹参注射液20ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉滴注,每天1次,14d为1个疗程,治疗后观察2组患者临床症状缓解情况及心电图治疗效果。结果治疗组患者临床症状缓解的总有效率为93.3%高于对照组的70.0%,心电图的总有效率为76.7%高于对照组的56.7%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者不良反应情况表现不明显(P>0.05)。结论银杏达莫注射液治疗老年冠心病具有良好的临床疗效,不良反应发生率低,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of yinxingdamo injection in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary artery disease. Methods 60 elderly patients with coronary artery disease,selected in the hospital from June 2013 to June 2014,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 30 cases. Two groups of patients were treated with the conventional method of coronary heart disease. On this basis,treatment group received yinxingdamo injection 20 ml in 5% glucose injection 250 ml intravenous infusion,control group received danshen injection 20 ml in 5% glucose injection 250 ml intravenous infusion,once a day,14 d as a course of treatment. After treatment,observed the remission of clinical symptoms and ECG treatment of two groups. Results In treatment group,the total efficiency of angina symptom remission and the total effective rate of ECG were significantly better than control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The adverse reactions of two groups were not obvious. Conclusion The treatment of yinxingdamo injection in elderly patients with coronary artery disease has a good clinical effect,low incidence of adverse reactions,it is worthy of wide clinical application.
