替米沙坦治疗糖尿病并高血压临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of telmisartan in treatment of diabetes and hypertension

目的观察替米沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压的临床效果。方法将2型糖尿病合并1、2级高血压患者90例随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例。治疗组给予替米沙坦治疗,对照组给予拉西地平治疗。比较2组患者的治疗效果,2组患者接受治疗前及治疗4个月后测量空腹血糖及三酰甘油水平,并进行比较。结果治疗组的总有效率为95.6%明显高于对照组的77.8%,治疗后治疗组患者的空腹血糖及三酰甘油水平均低于治疗前及对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后空腹血糖及三酰甘油水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论替米沙坦能有效提高糖尿病并高血压患者临床疗效,并促进糖代谢、脂代谢,值得在临床上推广研究。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of telmisartan in treatment of diabetes and hypertension. Methods 90 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 1,2-level hypertensive were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 45 cases. Treatment group was given with telmisartan,control group was given with lacidipine. Compared the therapeutic effect of two groups. Before treatment and four months after the treatment,measured fasting blood glucose and triglyceride levels,and compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95. 6% significantly higher than77. 8% of control group; After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and triglyceride levels of treatment group were lower than before treatment and control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The fasting plasma glucose and triglyceride levels in control group before and after the treatment were not statistically significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Telmisartan can effectively reduce blood pressure in patients with diabetes and hypertension,and to promote glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism,have a certain effect on diabetes,it is worth the clinical study.
