免疫增强剂口服制剂在儿科医院门诊的使用情况分析

The application analysis of immunoenhancer oral formulations in children hospital outpatient

目的了解免疫增强剂口服制剂在我院门诊部的使用情况,促进其合理应用。方法选取2014年3—5月广州市妇女儿童医疗中心门诊免疫增强剂口服制剂处方300份,对数据进行统计,以此针对免疫增强剂在我院门诊的应用情况进行分析。结果我院最常使用的3种免疫增强剂口服制剂分别是匹多莫德(3种剂型)、脾氨肽(2种剂型)、羧甲淀粉钠。匹多莫德分散片使用率最高,占30.33%。内科及呼吸科使用率分别为34.33%,25.67%,内科诊断为支气管感染、上呼吸道感染及混合感染的处方最多,总计73.79%。结论我院儿科门诊免疫增强剂口服制剂的使用基本合理。

Objective To understand the application of immunoenhancer in our hospital outpatient,provide reference for promoting the rationality of using. Methods A total of 300 pediatric prescriptions of immunoenhancer from March to May 2014 in Women＇s and Children＇s Cedical Center of Guangzhou City outpatient were selected,application of immunoenhancer in our hospital outpatient were analyzed on the basis of data statistics. Results The most use frequency immunoenhancer oral for-mulations respectively were Pidotmod（including three drug forms）,Spleen Polypeptide（including two drug forms）and Car-boxymethyl starch sodium. Pidotmod Dispersible tablets had the most occupancy with 30. 33%. Immunoenhancer of oral medicine and respiratory utilization rate respectively were 34. 33%,25. 67% . Physician diagnosed as bronchial infection,upper respira-tory tract infection and mixed infection of prescription,a total of 73. 79% . Conclusion The application of immunoenhancer o-ral formulations in our hospital outpatient is basically reasonable.
