纤支镜灌洗治疗老年重症肺炎的临床疗效

Effect of bronchofiberscopic lavage in treating elderly patients of severe pneumonia

目的探讨纤支镜灌洗治疗老年重症肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2012—2014年九江学院附属医院收治的老年重症肺炎患者80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组患者予以抗菌药物治疗,观察组患者予以纤支镜灌洗治疗。观察两组患者临床症状(发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音)持续时间、呼吸机使用时间、入住ICU时间及住院时间。结果观察组患者发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音持续时间、呼吸机使用时间、入住ICU时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纤支镜灌洗治疗老年重症肺炎的临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者临床症状,缩短患者住院时间。

Objective To explore the effect of bronchofiberscopic lavage in treating elderly patients with severe pneu-monia. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with severe pneumonia from 2012 to 2014 in Jiujiang University Affiliated Hos-pital were selected,according to the stochastic number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. Control group were given antibiotics treatment,observation group were given bronchofiberscopic lavage treatment. Clinical symptoms（fever,cough,rale of lung）duration,ventilator use time,time in ICU and hospitalization time between the two groups were compared. Results Fever,cough,rale of lung duration,ventilator use time,time in ICU and hospitalization time of observation group were shorter than those of control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Bronchofiberscopic lavage has notable curative effect in the treatment of elderly patients with severe pneumonia,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,shortening their hospital stay.
