自拟灌肠方灌肠联合苦参汤熏洗坐浴治疗肛门瘙痒症44例临床观察

Self-design Formula for Enema Combined with Fuming ＆ Wash Sitz Bath with Kushen Decoction in the Treat- ment of Pruritus Ani.Clinical Observation on 44 Cases

为探讨自拟灌肠方灌肠联合苦参汤熏洗坐浴治疗肠炎所致肛门瘙痒症的临床疗效，将87例肛门瘙痒症患者随机分为2组，对照组（43例）采用常规西药口服治疗，治疗组（44例）采用自拟灌肠方灌肠联合中药苦参汤加减熏洗坐浴，对两组临床效果、复发率和不良反应等进行比较。结果显示，治疗组总有效40例，总有效率为90．9％，对照组总有效22例，总有效率为51．2％（P〈0．05）。治疗组6个月后无1例复发，对照组6个月后复发5例，复发率i1．6％（P〈0．05）。结果表明，肛门瘙痒的外在发生一定有其内在发病原因，采用药物灌肠抑制肠炎以治内，联合中药外洗止痒以治外治疗肛门瘙痒症，内外协同，标本兼治，疗效满意。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of enema ＋ fuming ＆ wash sitz bath with drugs in the treatment of pruritus ani caused by enteronitis,randomly divided 87 patients into control group （43 cases） subjected to routine western medicine orally, and treatment group（44 cases） to self-design formula for enema combined with Kushen decoction （Chinese medicine） etc., then compared clinical effect, recur- rence rate and adverse reaction of both groups. As results, the therapy used in treatment group was more effective （40/44,90.9% vs 22/43,51.2%, P 〈.05）;And, 6 months after treatment no recurrence cases were found in treatment group,while in control group 5 suffered from recurrence,which the difference was significant（0,0 % vs 5,11.6 %, P 〈0.05）.Results show that if pruritus ani is located on the skin, but really possess internal pathogenesis,whereas enema inhibits enteronitis so to treat ＂internal＂ origin, and fuming wash to stop itching so to treat ＂external＂ origin,treat both the incidental and funclamental aspects,so that can obtain satisfactory outcome.
