混合痔外剥内扎联合TST致术后尿潴留的影响因素分析

Analysis on the Factors Influencing Uroschesis Occuring after External Dissection ＆ Internal Ligation plus TST for Mixed Hemorrhoids

为观察外剥内扎联合TST致术后发生尿潴留的影响因素，对行外剥内扎联合TST手术治疗的混合痔188例进行综合分析。观察不同性别、年龄、麻醉方式、手术持续时间和术后疼痛程度等对尿潴留发生率的影响。结果显示，188例发生尿潴留54例，发生率为28．72％，不同性别、年龄、麻醉方式、不同手术持续时间和不同疼痛程度均可影响尿潴留的发生（P〈0．05）；体位、环境及术后排便恐惧感在尿潴留患者中皆占有一定比例，且术后排便恐惧感影响最明显。结果表明，老年、男性，较长和较深的麻醉方式、手术持续时间过长和术后疼痛剧烈可增加术后尿潴留的发生率。

In order to explore the influence factors of uroschesis after external dissection ～ internal ligation combined with TST for mixed hemorrhoids,authors analysed 188 cases with mixed hemorrhoids who had received above combination surgery from following aspects including patient＇s sex, age, anesthesia mode, operative time, postoperative pain degree, and uroschesis incidence, etc.As results, in 188 cases 54 suffered from uroschesis（54/188,28.72%）,and no matter sex,age,anesthesis mode,operative time and pain degree whether being different or same they all influence uroschesis occuring（ P 〈0.05）, besides, posture, enri- ronment and postoperative fear awareness to defecation all accounted certain ratio in the uroschesis pa- tients,especially more significant the fear awareness.Results show that senile, male,longer and deeper an- esthesis mode,too longer operative time and postoperative agony will all increase the incidence of uros- chesis.
