药品安全指数构建方法研究

On Construction Method for Drug Safety Index

目的:分析影响药品安全指数的因素,并研究其构建方法。方法:通过问卷调研、文献查阅、数据分析、事件总结、专家问询、定量定性等方法,对药品安全指数建立的意义、背景、数据来源、指标限定、计算方法等做全面分析。结果与结论:得到了药品安全指数模型的层次结构,为药品安全指数的建立提出了科学的方法、路线、目标。

Objective： To determine the inlfuential factors of the drug safety index, and study its construction methods.Methods：Through the questionnaire, literature review, data analysis, event summary, expert inquiry, quantitative and qualitative method and others, a comprehensive analysis was performed for the establishment, background, data sources, deifning indicators, calculation methods, and other aspects of drug safety index.Results and Conclusion：The hierarchy of the drug safety index model was obtained, which may present scientific methods, routes, and goals for the drug safety index.
