Comparative Studying on the Comprehensive Evaluation Methods of Essential Drugs Bidding and Purchasing

目的:探究我国目前基本药物集中招标采购中综合评分法存在的问题,并提出完善建议。方法:通过文献研究,比较我国10个省、市基药招标的规范性文件,进行列表分析。结果与结论:明确10个省、市基药招标综合评分法的异同和利弊,应通过推行药品质量一致性评价、进行片区统一综合评分法试点、规范综合评分法的主体和依据等方式,努力使基药招标综合评分法规范化、合理化。

Objective： To investigate the current problems of comprehensive evaluation methods of essential drugs bidding and purchasing in our country and putting forward the optimized suggestion.Methods： Literature research was carried out and normative document of essential drugs bidding and purchasing of 10 provinces and cities was compared.Results and Conclusion： The similarities and differences were clarified between comprehensive evaluation methods of 10 provinces and cities. It is necessary to promote the drug quality consistency evaluation, unified regional pilot, and standardize subject and basis of comprehensive evaluation methods, so as to make the comprehensive evaluation methods of essential drugs bidding and purchasing standardized and rationalized.
