摘要
目的:解析抗抑郁药在中国的专利概况,为国内相关制药企业制定发展战略提供参考。方法:运用定性和定量分析方法,对1985年以来抗抑郁药在中国的专利信息进行统计处理,得出结论。结果与结论:我国抗抑郁药专利申请总量逐年稳步增长,但专利有效授权量较小,失效专利较多。相关制药企业要密切关注有效专利和失效专利,提高研发起点和专利申请质量,同时要走产学研相结合的道路。
Objective： To ifnd out the patent situation of antidepressants and provide references for domestic pharmaceutical companies.Methods：The patent situation of antidepressants in China, such as the numbers of applications, distribution, the applicants, legal status etc., since the year of 1985, were summarized and statistically analyzed by methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis.Results and Conclusion： The total patent applications of antidepressants in China were steadily increasing year by year, but many patents were invalid. It is suggested that related pharmaceutical enterprises should pay close attention to the effective patents and invalid patents, improve the research starting level and the quality of patent application, and should effectively combine the production with research.
