摘要
针对串接声速排气法,对两个流量特性参数S、b值进行了均方根误差分析,表明该方法所测出的S值和b值可信度高。串接声速排气法可在最佳点测b值,且辅助元件的S值可在很宽的范围内选择,都能保证测出的被测元件的b值的正确性。通常,可以选直通型快换接头作为辅助元件,该接头b值大,且连接方便。该方法的测试设备成本低,测试时耗气量很小,被测件的通径不受限制,但是不能测出口无连接的气动元件。
For concatenation sonic exhaust method, the root mean square error analysis of flow-rate characteristic parameters, S and b values, shows that the measured S and b values are of high reliability. The b values can be measured at the optimum point by the method. A wide S value range of auxiliary components ensures the credibility of the measured b values. The through type one-touch fitting can be selected as the auxiliary component, since its b value is big and it is easy to be fitted. The test equipments are of low cost, the test air consumption is small, and the measured diameters are of wide range. The concatenation sonic exhaust method is not applicable to pneumatic components without connectable export.
