基于AMESim的TRT静叶伺服控制系统偏载的研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对TRT(高炉煤气余压透平发电装置)的静叶执行机构内部机械松动、卡滞等引发的油缸偏载问题,该文依据TRT静叶伺服控制系统原理,借助AMESim仿真软件,分别以平面机械库搭建出上下油缸同步平动的静叶执行机构简化模型、以液压库搭建出选择了第一类管道的静叶液压系统模型;然后进行仿真,得到偏载分别对活塞位移及油缸进油口压力的影响;最后提出预警偏载的方法。本论文对TRT静叶液压伺服控制系统的优化提供了一定的参考,为TRT的稳定运行有一定帮助。 As to the problem of actuator cylinder unbalance loading caused by mechanical looseness and internal binding simulation, this paper is based on a type of TRT static blades servo-control system, using the AMESim emulational software, with flat machine library and hydraulic components to construct a simplified model of static blades actuators and a control system model of static blades hydraulic servo respectively. And then to simulate in order to get the influence of displacement of hydraulic cylinder and the inlet pressure respectively, and finally put forward method of unbalance loading warning. This paper provides a certain reference for the optimization of TRT static hydraulic servo-control system, which is helpful for the steady running of TRT system.
