摘要
目前,我国大型水电站的顶盖密封多采用"O形圈+挡圈"的密封结构形式。从三峡、向家坝等电站的水轮发电机组的运行情况来看,这种型式的密封无法满足使用要求,有些甚至存在较严重的漏水现象,给机组的安全运行带来了一定的隐患。利用创新的结构设计和合理的材料搭配,采用Y形圈+心形补偿圈的组合结构,形成多道密封。经实用验证,该密封是能够解决水轮发电机组顶盖密封失效问题的一种可靠密封。
At present, seal structure of"O ring + back-up ring"is widely used in the top cover seal of large hydroelectric generating set in China. From the operation condition of the Three Gorges, Xiangjiaba power station of hydroelectric generating set, this type of seal is unable to meet the requirements of sealing, some even have a large amount of leakage, it brought some hidden trouble to the safe operation of the unit. The use of innovative structure design and the reasonable matching material, composite structure using Y Ring + heart-shaped compensation ring, forming a plurality of sealing. By practical verification, this seal is one kind of reliable seal to solve the top cover seal failure problem for hydroelectric generating set.
