快递自动分拣系统设计

The Design for Automatic Sorting System of Express

物料分拣是非常重要的。随着网络发展,快递业得到了迅速发展,如何快速分拣来自各地的快递,提高工作效率,完全依赖人工分拣方法根本不可行。基于这种思考,本文中提出一种基于PLC结合MCGS的二级结构型自动分拣系统,既能够完成快递的快速分拣工作,也能够便于系统进一步的扩展,具有良好的通用性。

Materials sorting is very important. With the development of network, express industry has developed rapidly. How to sort all express from every place and enhance the efficiency？ It is not feasible to finish it through manual sorting completely. Based on such consideration, in this paper, it proposes a type of automatic sorting system based on PLC and MCGS with second-level structure. This design can finish express sorting rapidly, it also is useful for system＇ s further development and has a good generality.
