高频振荡在双侧颞叶癫痫主侧致痫灶定位中的应用1例报告 被引量:4

摘要 双侧颞叶癫痫是指存在双侧颞叶独立发作起始的颞叶癫痫,是颞叶癫痫手术失败的重要原因之一。虽然头皮脑电监测中双侧颞区独立放电、双侧独立起源的癫痫发作,以及影像学提示双侧颞叶病变等提示双侧颞叶癫痫可能,但确诊双侧颞叶癫痫需要颅内电极监测。双侧颞叶癫痫并不是手术绝对禁忌症,研究表明,如果致痫区存在明显一侧优势,手术切除主侧致痫灶仍可获得良好预后。
