随着移动端手持设备的飞速发展,基于移动端的软件开发如火如荼。同时,基于微信公众号的跨IOS与安卓平台的开发模式打破了移动端软件开发的行业壁垒,而日常办公最重视的电子政务信息与微信公众号的融合大大提高工作人员的工作效率。因此,为了加快现代水利信息化的脚步,基于微信平台的探索与研究势在必行。

The software based on mobile terminals is developing in full swing along with the rapid development of mobile handheld devices. At the same time, the development model across IOS and Android platform which is based on WeChat public accounts, has broken the industry barrier of the mobile software development, and the integration of e-government affairs information and WeChat public accounts, which are the most important daily working plat-forms, has greatly improved the working efficiency of staff. Therefore, it is crucial to explore and study the develop-ment based on WeChat platform in order to accelerate the pace of modern water conservancy informatization.
