摘要
本文主要对铝合金车削过程中的积屑瘤进行系统研究与分析,重点包括铝合金车削过程中积屑瘤的产生、控制与防护措施,并对铝合金材料性能进行试验与分析。此外,还对铝合金车削工艺相关应用进行探讨,像铝合金薄壁简形零件车削与夹具等。
This paper focuses on the process of turning aluminum BUE systematic research and analysis, highlights include aluminum turning process BUE generation, control and protection measures, and to test and analyze the performance of aluminum alloy. In addition, it also discusses the application of aluminum alloy turning process, such as aluminum alloy thin wall simple parts turning and fixture, etc..
