摘要
密封片是结构复杂的薄壁件,装机后,一般在高温态的环境下工作。因此,对密封片的各项性能指标要求更严格。此外,密封片所用的金属原材料价格昂贵,通过分析密封片冶金缺陷及应对措施,不仅能提高铸件合格率,而且降低了成本原料消耗。
Sealing sheet is structurally complex thin-walled parts, after installed, usually in a high temperature state of the work environment. Therefore, the sealing film of the performance indicators are more stringent requirements. In addition, the metal raw materials used in the sealing plate is expensive, and through the analysis of the metallurgical defects and the corresponding measures, it can not only improve the qualified rate, but also reduce the consumption of raw materials.
