摘要
将注射压缩工艺引入金属粉末注射压缩成型领域,研究注射压缩工艺参数对金属粉末注射成型的316L矩形合金平板密度的影响。以不同注射压缩工艺参数进行金属粉末注射压缩成型,对其产品初胚、脱脂后、烧结后密度进行测量及分析,进一步验证产品密度随注射压缩参数变化的特点。
The injection compression technology is introduced into the field of metal powder injection molding. The influence of the parameters on the density of 316L rectangular alloy in metal powder injection molding is studied. The metal powder injection compression molding was performed with different parameters of injection compression. The density of the product was measured and analyzed after the initial embryo, fat and fat.
