中药护理垫在消化科老年压疮高危患者中的应用效果

Application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing pad in elderly patients with high risk of pressure ulcers in Gastroenterology Department

目的 探讨中药护理垫对消化内科老年高危患者压疮的预防作用,为临床老年压疮的预防提供新的思路. 方法 选择某三甲医院2009年9月—2012年1月收治的老年压疮高危患者643例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组（ n=321 ）采用常规压疮护理加一次性护理垫支撑患者易受压部位,观察组（n=322）采用常规压疮护理加中药护理垫支撑患者易受压部位,比较两组患者住院期间压疮发生率. 结果 观察组有31例发生压疮,对照组有121例发生压疮,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（χ2 =161. 287,P＜0. 01）. 结论 中药护理垫有一定的预防压疮发生的效果,可在临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the prevention effects of traditional Chinese medicine nursing pad for elderly patients who had high-risk of pressure ulcers in Gastroenterology Department, so as to provide a new method for prevention of pressure ulcers in clinical elderly patients. Methods A total of 643 cases of old patients, who admitted in one level three class A hospital from September 2009 to January 2012, were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table. The patients of control groups （321 cases） were given routine nurse and disposable nursing pads were used to support pressed parts, while the patients of experimental group （322 cases） were given routine nurse and an Chinese medicine nursing pad were used to support pressed parts. We compared the incidences of pressure ulcer in two groups. Results There were 31 cases pressure ulcer happened in the experimental group compared with 121 cases in the control group （χ2 =161. 287,P〈0. 01）. Conclusions Chinese medicine nursing pad can help to prevent pressure ulcers, and can be used widely in clinical.
