自制阴囊托短裤在成年阴囊术后患者中的应用

Application of homemade scrotal support shorts on postoperative scrotal surgery of adult patients

目的 为减少阴囊手术患者术后并发症的发生,缩短住院时间,提高患者满意度. 方法 自行研制了阴囊托短裤,选取2013年阴囊手术者77例设为干预组,采用自制阴囊托短裤护理,将2012年阴囊手术者77例设为对照组,实施常规护理,比较两组患者术后康复情况及并发症发生率、平均住院天数、患者满意度. 结果 干预组患者阴囊出血/水肿发生率、伤口感染发生率略低于对照组,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0. 05）. 干预组患者平均住院时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0. 05）. 干预组患者满意度高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0. 05）. 结论 应用自制阴囊托短裤可促进患者的康复,是一种简便、有效的预防措施。

Objective In order to reduce the patinets′ complications of scrotum surgery, shorten the length of hospitalization, and improve patient satisfaction. Methods Self-designed scrotal support shorts were used for 77 patents who accepted scrotal surgery in 2013 as experimental group while 77 patients who received scrotal surgery in 2012 were selected as control group. We compared postoperative rehabilitation, incidence of complications, average length of hospitalization, and patients′ satisfaction. Results The incidences of scrotal haemorrhage/edema and wound infection in the experimental group were just under those of the control group （P〉0. 05）. The average length of hospitalization in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）. The patients′satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions The application of self-designed scrotal support shorts can promote patients′rehabilitation, and is a simple and effective preventive measure.
