冶金设备故障率分布的两重威布尔模型建立及应用

摘要 简要阐述了可靠性工程的几个基本概念,并将可靠性工程的概念应用于冶金企业的设备管理中。通过数据的收集,利用建模和拟合度检验,得到故障率分布模型,绘制了故障分布密度函数、可靠度函数和故障率函数曲线。通过故障率分布模型准确定量地描述设备的状态,并指导设备的维修计划,使设备能够安全、高效地进行生产,保证企业的生产效益。 This paper briefly describes some basic concepts of reliability engineering,and reliability engineering concepts are used in equipment management of metallurgy enterprises. Jhrough the data collecting,the use of modeling and fitting test,the failure time distribution is calculated,at the same time the fault distribution density function,reliability function and failure rate function curve are drawn. Through the failure rate distribution model accurately and quantitatively describe the state of equipment,and guide the equipment repair plan,making the equipment carry out the production safely and efficiently,and ensuring the production benefit of enterprise.
