摘要
链篦机—回转窑—环冷机球团生产工艺具有变量多、长滞后、非线性及强耦合的特点。利用链—回—环系统仿真模型,建立正交回归实验分析得到球团温度与影响因素之间的关系式;结合链—回—环系统热工特点,根据分布式系统优化结构思路,建立以球团温度为目标的系统优化调控模型,优化调控模型主要包括三大主要设备机速调控、风量调控及燃料供给量。根据优化调控模型调控过程,利用VB语言开发链—回—环系统优化调控程序,并利用OPC技术解决与现场设备通讯问题,为该控制软件在生产线应用提供了基础;对链—回—环系统的研究成果,对提高球团生产工艺自动化水平有较高参考价值。
The grate-kiln-cooler system of iron pellets has the characteristic of variables process,long delay,nonlinear and strong coupling. Basing on the existed research results of the items,the thermal characteristic of grate-kiln-cooler system is analyzed,combining the simulation results,and the optimization control model is established. The grate-kiln-cooler system optimal control software is developed by using Visual Basic programming tools,which has the value to take the grate-kiln-cooler system's automation to the higher level.
