Discussion on key technologies of soil and water conservation in Wuluwati Hydro-junction Project

乌鲁瓦提水利枢纽工程水土保持项目,在资金不到位的情况下,通过自筹资金、银行贷款等方式,积极开展水土流失防治工作。通过项目的实施,解决了"无根岩石"的利用、盘山道路减少边坡系数等难题,做到了水土保持措施与主体工程同步,工程措施与植物措施相结合,达到了水土流失防治目标。

Soil and water loss prevention and control is actively implemented for soil and water conservation work of Wuluwati Hydro-junction Project through self-raised funds,bank loans and other approaches under the condition of insufficient funds.The difficulties of ＇no-root rock＇ utilization,slope coefficient reduction of mountain road,etc.are solved through project implementation.Soil and water conservation measures are synchronous with main works,and engineering measures are combined with plant measures,thereby achieving the objective of water and soil loss control.
