Quantitative Management of Building Energy Consumption:Calculation and Correction of Energy Consumption Quota for Large Office Buildings

本文主要探索大型办公建筑能耗定额模型及其计算和修正方法的应用内容。通过对典型办公建筑物(邮电设计大厦)依据适合于江苏省地区的能耗定额计算方法,计算出其基础定额,然后将其分解后再次修正作为运行能耗定额,最后一步利用用能管理系统中的实时能耗数据定期进行修正和调整能耗定额。

This paper mainly explores the application of energy consumption quota model for large office buildings and its calculation and correction method. Based on the energy consumption quota calculation method of typical office buildings （Post and Telecommunications Design Building）, the basic quota of Jiangsu province is calculated, and then the energy consumption quota is corrected as the energy consumption quota.
