摘要
各种恐怖、暴力事件等促使着安防系统迅速发展,在其中发挥着重要作用的视频监视系统也得到了广泛的关注。笔者从智能监视系统的发展、智能监视系统的应用、其中使用的技术和与之相关的应用等方面对智能监视系统进行了分析,并进行了简单的实现。
