摘要
堆浸是黄金矿山处理低品位氧化矿石的最佳手段之一,喷淋液体的循环系统是该手段的重要组成部分,它需要场地和落差,找到场地和落差两者都具备的条件非常困难。本文采用实例对液体通过吸附塔流程工艺的改造进行了探讨,即:改落差循环工艺为机械循环工艺。这一工艺的改造,解决了深山区对地理环境的制约因素,简化了管理的程序,增大了系统的安全性,给矿山企业带来了很大的经济效益和社会效益。
Accumulation-dipping is one of the best ways to deal with oxidative ore in low grade in gold mining area,circulatory system of spray liquid is a important part of the technology,it needs space and fall.It is easy to find fall,hard to find sapce and harder to find ground which possess two features in mountainous district.We executed a series of tasks to solve this problem,this paper discussed the technology transformation that liquid flow through the adsorption tower,changing from fall circulatory technology to mechanism circulatory technology.Rebuilding of the technology solved confining elements of geographical conditions in remote mountains,simplified management procedure,strengthened safety of system,brought much economical benefit and social benefit to mining corporation.
