中西医结合治疗下肢静脉性溃疡98例

Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Lower Extremity Varicose Ulcer for 98 Cases

目的观察中西医结合治疗下肢静脉性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的下肢静脉性溃疡患者98例采用中西医结合的方法治疗,观察临床疗效。结果临床治愈72例(73.47%),显效15例(15.31%),好转9例(9.18%),无效2例(2.04%),总有效率97.96%。结论中西医结合治疗下肢静脉性溃疡能快速控制病情,提高临床疗效和复发率。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the integrated medicine in the treatment of lower extremity varicose ulcer. Methods 98 cases of patients with lower extremity varicose ulcer who were eligible for inclusion criteria were treated with the integrated medicine.The clinical curative effect was observed.Results 72 cases were cured （ 73.47%） , 15 cases were effective （ 15.31%） , 9 cases were improved （ 9.18%） , and 2 cases were invalid （ 2.04%） .The total effective rate was 97.96%.Conclusion Therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of lower extremity varicose ulcer can quickly control the condition, improve the clinical curative effect, and reduce recurrence rate.
