摘要
为考察检定结果的可信度,对湿度检定结果进行不确定度评定。分别分析DJM10型湿度检定箱-数字式标准干湿表和精密露点仪-伟思富奇气候试验箱两种湿度检定装置检定湿度传感器HMP45D的检定结果,依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》中的方法,建立数学模型,分析测量结果的不确定度来源,对各不确定度分量进行计算并计算出各分量所占总不确定度比例。相对湿度30%RH^98%RH时,HMP45D测量结果的扩展不确定度分别为3.0%RH和2.1%RH。最后得出结论:不同准确度等级的标准器和检定装置,不确定度分析结果不同。
In order to investigate the reliability of the verification results,the uncertainty in measurement was evaluated.The HMP45 D humidity sensors were respectively verified by DJM10 humidity examination box-Digital Standard Psychrometer and precision dewpoint hygrometer-Weiss voetsch control box,and the verification results were analyzed.According to JJF1059.1-2012 "Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement",the mathematical model was established and the sources of uncertainty were point out which effect the measurement results.Each component of uncertainty and its proportion of the total uncertainty were calculated.The expanded uncertainty of measurement results were 3.0%RH and 2.1%RH(k =2) with relative humidity of 30%RH~98%RH.Finally,different standards of accuracy classes and verifying equipment have different uncertainty.
