轴类大锻件拔长过程中变形与组织均匀性的控制 被引量:5

Uniformity control of deformation and microstructure in stretching process of large axial forging

摘要 为控制终锻件的不均匀性,基于DEFORM-3D软件平台,优化了拔长工艺参数,将优化后的工艺参数应用于实验模型,对锻态低压转子钢30Cr2Ni4MoV进行拔长实验,测定拔长后锻件不同部位的平均晶粒弦长。结果表明,锻件内部晶粒尺寸受变形程度影响较大;优化拔长工艺参数,可使变形更为均匀,并均匀化锻件内部的晶粒组织。 Based on DEFORM-3Dplatform,to increase the deform uniformity of the forging,the relevant stretching parameters are optimized.The optimized processing parameters are used in the test model and the stretching test of 30Cr2Ni4 MoV low pressure rotor steel was conducted.The average grain size in different parts of forging is measured by the metallographic microscope.The result shows that the forging grain size was affected greatly by the degree of deformation.By optimizing the stretching processing parameters,more uniform deformation can effectively homogenize the forging grain.
