摘要
针对6061铝合金超薄壁弯管在成形过程中极易出现破裂和截面畸变等问题,采用单向拉伸试验获得6061铝合金超薄壁管在O态、W态、T6态下的基本力学性能参数,并通过DYNAFORM有限元模拟软件进行数值模拟,对6061铝合金超薄壁管的充液压弯工艺进行优化,获得最优工艺参数。结果表明,合理控制超薄壁管的充液压力和压弯加载路径,可以有效提高超薄壁管的成形性能;适当的压弯间距,能够提高弯管壁厚分布的均匀性和成形极限,显著改善成形件质量。
The rupture and cross section distortion are easy to appear in the forming of ultra thin-walled tube of 6061 aluminum alloy.The basic mechanical properties of ultra thin-walled tube of 6061-O-state,W-state,T6-state were obtained by uniaxial tensile tests.The finite element numerical simulation of hydro-bending based on DYNAFORM and the experiments were carried out to optimize the parameters of the hydro-bending of ultra thin-walled tube.The research indicated that the ultra thin-walled bending tubes are successfully performed when the relative internal pressure and the bending loading path are appropriate.The thickness distribution,forming limit and quality are remarkably improved with the proper pitch of press-bending.
