轧辊压下量对铜板带连挤连轧的影响 被引量:3

摘要 通过采用DEFORM软件模拟铜板带连挤连轧存在微张力时的成形过程,分析了在不同的轧辊压下量下,板带的温度场、等效应力、挤压轮和轧辊扭矩、腔体在Z轴方向上承受的平均载荷和轧制力分布情况。结果表明,增加轧辊压下量,坯料在挡料块、腔体扩展区、模具出口和轧制变形区的温度下降,坯料在模具出口区的等效应力下降,而在轧制变形区坯料的等效应力值增大,轧辊的平均扭矩和轧制力也增大;当轧辊压下量为4mm和6mm时,挤压轮的最大扭矩和腔体在Z轴方向上承受的平均载荷小于轧辊压下量为2mm和8mm时。连续挤压挤出板带尺寸为120mm×10mm,轧辊的压下量为4mm^6mm时,更适合铜板带的连挤连轧。通过试验验证了数值模拟结果的可靠性。 The forming process of continuous extrusion and rolling of copper strips is simulated by DEFORM software with the existence of micro-tension.The temperature of strips,the equivalent stress,the torques of extrusion wheel and roll,the stress of chamber in Z-direction and the rolling force are analyzed with the different rolling reductions.The results indicate that:As the rolling reduction increasing,the temperatures of strip on the abutment,in the chamber,the mould and the roll are dropping,the equivalent stress of strips at the exit of mould is dropping as the same time,but the equivalent stress of strips is increasing,the torque and force of roll are increasing as well.As the rolling reductions are 4mm,6mm,the values of maximum torque of extrusion wheels and the stress of chamber in Z-direction are greater than the values of rolling reduction of 2mm and 8mm.Through the analysis,when the size of copper strips are 120mm×10mm by continuous extrusion,the rolling reductions of 4mm^6mm are more suitable for continuous extrusion and rolling of copper strips.The reliability of the numerical simulation results are validated by the experiment.
