摘要
为研究机械刻划过程中纯铝材料的侧向隆起规律,基于机械刻划试验装置,分别利用刀尖角为80°、85°、90°、95°和100°的金刚石圆锥刻刀,对纯铝进行深度范围为5μm^25μm的机械刻划试验。通过对隆起高度的检测分析,建立侧向隆起高度与槽深和刀尖角的数学统计关系,通过已知的槽深和刀尖角等参数,在金刚石圆锥刻刀刻划纯铝材料前,对槽形隆起高度进行简单预测,同时也对V形槽槽形形状的预测起到指导性作用。
To study the lateral ridges of aluminum(99.999% purity)in the mechanical scribing process,the mechanical scratch test with depth range of 5μm^25μm is conducted using the sharp knives with diamond cones of 80°,85°,90°,95°,100°.Through the bump height detection analysis,the mathematical statistical relationship between lateral ridge height and groove depth-knife sharp corners is obtained.Using the known parameters such as groove depth,the groove on the bump height can be predicted.
