摘要
在"文字上移"趋势下,农村教师留不住以及如何留住教师安心教学是当前农村教育面临的一大困境。本文作者通过对西北地区G县相关教育工作人员的访谈和对P中学的实地观察、体验,发现学校在与学区、教育局等上级部门及教师的互动中,根据农村和农村学校的实际,创新管理方式,树立以人为本的理念,解决教师的后顾之忧,不仅为教师营造了自由的治学空间,也为学校发展赢得了更好的机会。这一经验对中国农村教育的发展有借鉴和启示意义。
Under the trend of "words-moving-up", how rural schools keep teachers and let them totally focus on teaching is a difficult task. Through interviewing education-related workers in G County and visiting middle school P, the author analyzes how the middle school creates independent space so as to solve the rural educational problem that teachers "are unwilling to teach in schools with bad conditions and strive to leave". The study finds that middle school P adopts two measures in interacting with superior departments such as school district and education bureau, as well as school teachers. Firstly, innovate the management according to the realities of rural villages and rural schools. Secondly, cultivate people-oriented idea and solve the problems that teachers cared about. Thus, for teachers, independent teaching space has been created, and for schools, better development opportunities have been achieved. At the end of the discussion, the author believes that we can learn and get some enlightenment in respect to rural education from the experience of middle school P.
