广州花都区高校学生献血积极性调研及激励措施研究

Investigation on college students' motivation for voluntary blood donation and incentive strategies

目的通过对花都区高校学生无偿献血积极性现状的研究,制定相应的激励措施,为促进花都区无偿献血的发展提供参考。方法收集2010-2012年高校学生的献血人数,2013年3月采用自制《无偿献血者调查问卷》对500名无偿献血的高校学生进行调查,采用χ2检验进行统计分析。结果 2010-2012年,花都区高校在校大学生献血人次逐年下降,2010年献血比例是43.2%,2011年和2012年献血比例远低于2010年;在接受问卷调查的大学生中,影响大学生献血积极性的首要原因是认知的缺乏(49.6%),其次是心理因素(23%),社会因素(21.8%),生理因素(3.8%),服务因素(1.8%)。结论无偿献血认知的偏低影响了花都区高校学生献血的积极性,加强大学生积极献血的热情将带动无偿献血事业的发展。

Objective To develop appropriate incentives for voluntary blood donation and provide a reference for promo- tion in Huadu District. Methods A total number of college students who donated blood between 2010 and 2012 was collect- ed. 500 college students who were volunteer blood donors were surveyed by using a special ＂voluntary blood donors question- naire＂ in March 2013 andx2 test was applied for statistical analysis. Results The number of voluntary blood donors within college students declined year after year from 2010 to 2012. The ratio of voluntary blood donation was 43. 2% in 2010. How- ever, the ratio of voluntary blood donation in 2011 and 2012 were far below that. According to the college students who were surveyed, the primary factor affecting eollege students＇ motivation to donate blood was a lack of knowledge （49.6%）, fol- lowed by psychological factors （ 23% ）, social factors （ 21.8% ）, physiological factors （ 3.8% ） and service factors （ 1.8% ）. Conclusion A low level of knowledge in voluntary blood donation affects the initiatives of college students in Huadu District. Therefore, strengthening the initiatives of college students to donate blood will promote the development of voluntary blood donation.
