摘要
本研究采用自编问卷对佛山市承担重度残疾儿童送教上门工作的教师进行抽样调查,发现:目前开展重度残疾儿童送教上门的教师主要以特殊学校和普通小学的教师为主,其学历层次高,一线教学经验丰富;送教教师对送教内容的了解主要来源于电视媒体和生活实际;特殊教育学校教师在送教内容的安排和处理送教过程中突发事件的能力要比普通小学的教师更有优势;在送教内容方面,目前仍以送知识和康复为主。文章在此基础上,对在送教过程中的经验和做法进行探讨,并提出了对未来开展送教工作的设想,以期为其他地区开展送教上门工作提供建议和参考。
This paper implements a sampling investigation into present situation of teachers in Foshan who send free education for children with severe disabilities with a self- made questionnaire. The results show that: at present,teachers in Foshan,who send free education for children with severe disabilities,are mainly from specail schools and ordinary primary schools. Those teachers are highly educated,experienced in the front line,and the main source of their understanding toward sending free education is television and real life. The ability to understand the contents and to deal with emergencies of teachers in special education has more advantages than those in ordinary primary school. Meanwhile,the contents of free education are mainly focus on knowledge and rehabilitation. This paper,based on the investigation of presentsituation of teachers in foshan sending free education for children with severe disabilities,explores the teaching experience and practice in the process and puts forward the possible idea in the future in order to provide advice and reference for other areas.
