摘要
本文以文献分析为基础,结合开放式问卷所获资料,提出了特殊教育教师职业素质的理论构建,编制了特殊教育教师职业素质问卷。通过对719名特教教师进行问卷测试,采用因素分析方法对特教教师职业素质的内在结构进行分析与验证。结果表明:特教教师职业素质包含知识要素、能力要素和人格要素三个基本维度;问卷具有较好的效度和信度,达到了测量学的要求。
On the basis of literature analysis,this paper puts forward the theory of special education teachers' professional quality combined with information obtained by open-ended questionnaire,and the self-designed questionnaire is worked out. Through the data collected from the questionnaire involving 719 special education teachers,the paper uses factor analysis method to analyze the interior structure of special education teachers' professional quality and validation. The results show that the professional quality of special education teachers includes three basic dimensions-knowledge,capability and personality. The questionnaire has good validity and reliability,and has reached the requirement of surveying.
