摘要
制定《特殊教育教师专业标准》是贯彻国家教育方针政策、提升特殊教育教师专业化水平的重要举措,也是顺应国际特殊教育教师标准化建设趋势的体现。教育部颁发的我国《特殊教育教师专业标准(试行)》突出了以下三个方面的特点:第一,在专业理念与师德上,突出教师的人道主义精神和正确的残疾人观;第二,在专业知识上,强调教师要具备残疾学生教育与康复所需要的复合型知识;第三,在专业能力上,强调教师要具有教育诊断评估、环境创设、个别化教育、课程整合和沟通以及辅助技术运用等特殊能力。
Establishing Professional Standards for Special Education Teachers is an important measure to implement national education policies,improve the professional level of special education teachers,and comply with the international standards of special education teachers. On the whole,the newly- released Professional Standards for Special Education Teachers has three notable characteristics: firstly,from the angle of professional ideology and ethics of the teaching profession,it highlights teachers' humanitarian spirit and correct view of the disabled; Next,from the perspective of professional knowledge,it stresses that teachers should have compound knowledge needed for the disabled students' education and rehabilitation. Lastly,as for professional ability,it holds that the teacher should have the special ability of educational diagnosis and assessment,environmental creation,individualized education,curriculum integration and communication,and the use of auxiliary technology.
