摘要
近年来我国残疾儿童青少年入学率明显提高、特殊教育经费投入力度逐步加大、教师队伍质量不断优化。但仍存在"随班混读"、课程改革尚未完成、经费支出结构失衡以及师资力量短缺、特殊毕业生就业面狭窄等问题。要真正落实《特殊教育提升计划(2014—2016年)》,提升特殊教育水平,应继续推进随班就读、改革课程与教学内容、提高教育技术、优化经费支出结构、提高教师学历层次等。
In recent years, the enrollment rate of disabled children and adolescents has obviously increased, special education funds investment is gradually increasing, and the quality of the teachers is more optimized. However, there are still problems such as students with disabilities being placed in general education classrooms, the curriculum reform not completed, low efficiency of the funds, shortage of teachers, and the difficulty for disabled students in finding jobs. To truly implement Special Education Promotion Plan and enhance the level of special education,we need to continue to encourage students with disabilities being placed in general education classrooms, reform the curriculum and the teaching content, improve educational technology, optimize the structure of expenditure structure, improve the level of teachers' degree.
