摘要 目的:分析比较不同产地八角茴香挥发性成分的组成。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱(HS-SPME-GC-MS)联用技术,结合惠普-化学源化学工作站对不同产地的八角茴香中挥发性化学成分进行定性分析,以峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量,并通过主成分分析和聚类分析对数据进行处理。结果:初步鉴定出76种化合物,4个产地八角茴香的总离子流图整体上相似,但不同产地八角茴香挥发性成分有一定差异。12个批次的样本在聚类和主成分空间中聚集成为不同的类别,基本实现不同产地八角茴香的鉴别,此外,在一定程度上,样本分布疏密度反映样本的亲缘关系。结论:本实验方法稳定可靠,适用于八角茴香挥发性成分的快速分析,可鉴别不同产地八角茴香,并且能反映不同产地八角茴香挥发性成分含量的差异,为八角茴香的质量评价提供一定的科学依据。 Obj ective:To analyze the volatile components of Anisi Stellati Fructus from different places of origin.Methods:The volatile components are extracted with HS-SPME and their content and names are confirmed by GC-MS.The data are handled through principal component analysis and cluster analysis. Results:76 volatile components are identified preliminarily. The total ionic chromatogram of Anisi Stellati Fructus from four areas are similar on the whole,the 12 samples in the clustering and principal component space gather into different categories,in addition,basically realize the identification of Anisi Stellati Fructus from different places of origin,besides,the distribution of samples reflects the phylogenetic relationship of samples.Conclusion:The method is reliable and stable,and can be applied for the analysis of volatile components in Anisi Stellati Fructus and can identify Anisi Stellati Fructus of different places of origin and reflect the differences of volatile components content of Anisi Stellati Fructus from different places of origin.It will provide certain scientific basis for quality assessment of Anisi Stellati Fructus.
