摘要 近年来,随着食源性疾病的危害不断蔓延,食品安全形势日趋严峻,学术界和实务界都给予了广泛关注与研究。文章拟基于国内外双重视角对多环节信息追溯的食品安全监管的起源、功能、技术实现、参与主体等展开阐述,从生产至消费多环节的理论与实践角度论证架构食品信息追溯系统的可行性与必要性,以此促成参与主体之间通力合作,改革并完善现存食品安全监管机制,重塑国家食品安全在国内外的权威及信誉度。 In recent years,as the hazards of food-borne disease continue to spread,food safety situation is worsening, and the academics and practitioners have given extensive attention and research.This paper intends to launch the elaboration of multi-link information traceability of food safety supervision origin,function,technical implement and participation subject at home and abroad based on the dual perspective, demonstrate the feasibility and necessity of structuring food information traceability system from the production to consumption multi-link theory and practice angle,in order to facilitate co-operation between the participators,reform and improve the existing food safety supervision mechanism,reshape the national food safety authority and credibility at home and abroad.
